In short: Yonsei Leaders' staged physical therapy programme: Heat, Electro, Align and Loosen, combining heat, electrical stimulation, manual alignment and water-bed relaxation.

What is Physical Therapy?

The HEAL system is the clinic's step-by-step physical therapy routine. H (Heat) warms and relaxes muscles; E (Electro) uses interferential and electrical stimulation to calm pain signals; A (Align) uses hands-on techniques to improve alignment; and L (Loosen) finishes with a hydro-massage water bed for whole-body relaxation. Many steps are covered by National Health Insurance when prescribed.
