In short: A vapo-coolant spray combined with targeted stretching to release tight muscles and fascia and break the spasm–pain cycle.

What is Stretch and Spray Myofascial Release?

Stretch-and-spray therapy applies a cooling spray over a tight muscle while a clinician gently stretches it. The cooling reduces the protective reflex spasm so the muscle can lengthen further than usual. It is a classic myofascial pain technique, offered at Yonsei Leaders in simple and detailed (precision) versions.
