  • Manual Therapy: One-to-one hands-on treatment by a trained therapist to release tight muscles, mobilise stiff joints and correct posture and alignment.
  • Rehabilitation and Corrective Exercise: Guided strengthening, stabilisation and mobility exercise to rebuild support around the spine and joints and prevent pain from returning.

Frequently asked questions

How long does frozen shoulder last?

Untreated, it can last one to three years. Ultrasound-guided injections and structured stretching can shorten the painful phase considerably.

Is frozen shoulder the same as a rotator cuff tear?

No. Frozen shoulder stiffens movement in all directions, while a rotator cuff tear mainly causes weakness and pain lifting the arm. Ultrasound helps tell them apart.
